Villa Erofili is a beautiful newly built stone house with all modern facilities. The Villa is situated in the village Asteri, only 14km east of Rethymno.

This impressive stone house includes a private swimming pool with children's end of 40sqm with sun beds and a BBQ area. The villa has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms suitable for up to 8 people. The entrance leads to the spacious open plan living/dining area with fireplace and comfortable sitting area. From the kitchen you enter a balcony. On this floor is also a bedroom with twin beds and shower/WC. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor with three more bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom/WC with hydro-massage bathtub; the other two have twin beds. There is another spacious bathroom with a washing machine and bathtub. Each bedroom has a balcony with wonderful views to the sea and mountains. From the beautiful rooftop of 30 sqm, you can enjoy the magnificent views to the sea, the mountain and the city of Rethymno.
