Villa Agapi

Villa Agapi is sitated on a small elevation at the edge of the village and offers wonderful views to the Ida- and the Dikti mountains. Set in 1000 sqare meters of garden with a lot of flowers, herbs and trees it’s a small paradiese which offers full privacy. A small part of the swimming pool of 44 square meters (1.45 m deepth) is prepared as a children’s bath (45 cm deepth). Three verandas around the house and a pavillion beside the pool gives plenty of space for sitting outside, in the garden is also a barbeque and a small play ground for children.
The main entrance leads to the dining area and continues to the open plan kitchen and the living area with a fire place. Above the living area is a gallery style spare room, which can be reached by an open wooden staire case, its furnished with a single bed, an office desk and a library. Further is 2 bed rooms with a twin bed, 1 bed room with a single bed, a bath room and an extra WC.
The house is well isolated with double glazing, the windows are fitted with mosquito nets while central heating makes it suitable for winter use.
